I was just about as clueless as the lady when it first came to the mysterious world of Acronyms like PCP and HMO. If you ask me what my HMO is, I can tell you which one I chose and what the company is. Do I really understand it? Nope. I just know when it works for me and when it doesn't.
When navigating the world of insurance you gotta laugh a lot. Get an HMO and be secretly proud you at least kinda know what you are doing or at least enough to get it's not a description of one's sexuality.
