Continuing on the Cardiac Consult plan, today is up to eighteen minutes on the recumbent bike. I feel this quote describes myself entirely. I consider it rather miraculous how much I have accomplished today. The shoe part is still happening. I have yet to find those and socks? Now that will be doubly miraculous. It's a workout just to get to the prescribed workout. Thank goodness for amusing quotes which sum up our days.
